Service Strategy

Core process stage

1. Demand communication and initial contact

Customer consultation: You contact the service provider by phone, online, or in-store to express your intention.

Initial communication: The designer or sales consultant understands your basic needs:

Project address, space type (living room, bedroom, porch, study, etc.), area range.

Expected style (modern simplicity, light luxury, Chinese style, European style, etc.), color preference (light color, dark color, wood grain, solid color, etc.).

Main functional requirements (whether hidden doors, invisible storage, display cabinets, special lighting effects, etc. are required).

Budget range.

Time requirements (when to expect installation).

Service provider introduction: The service provider introduces its own brand, advantages, craftsmanship, materials, cases, etc. to establish initial trust.

Make an appointment for measurement: If the initial intention matches, make an appointment for a professional designer to come to the door for on-site measurement.

2. On-site measurement and in-depth demand communication

Accurate measurement: The designer brings professional tools (laser rangefinder, level, etc.) to the site to accurately measure all walls, door openings, beams, floors, and ceilings involved in the integration of doors and walls, and record the details of the spatial structure (such as unevenness, pipe location, switch sockets, heating location, etc.). This is the most critical basic step! In-depth communication:

The designer communicates with you in detail about the specific design plan, functional division, and material selection intention of each area.

Discuss details such as door type (sliding door, sliding door, folding door, invisible door), wall shape (flat plate, line, grille, arc), closing method, hardware (hinges, handles, rails) style.

Clarify special requirements (such as sound insulation requirements, special lighting design, electrical appliance embedding, etc.).

Feel the light and atmosphere of the space on site and provide professional advice.

Photo recording: Take photos and videos of the site as a design reference.

3. Design and effect presentation

Concept design: The designer draws preliminary floor plan and elevation drawings based on the measurement data and communication results.

In-depth design: Use professional design software (such as CAD, 3D Max, Coolhome, etc.) to conduct in-depth design:

Make detailed whole-house renderings to intuitively display the overall matching effect, color, material, and lighting of doors, walls, and cabinets (if any).

Draw accurate construction drawings, including the size, structure, seams, closing nodes, hardware locations, and coordination requirements with water and electricity for each facade. Explanation and confirmation of the plan:

The designer explains the design plan, renderings, and material samples (samples or color plates) in detail. Discuss the feasibility, aesthetics, practicality, and budget matching of the plan.

Repeated communication and modification: Adjust and optimize according to your feedback until you are completely satisfied with the design plan and effect and sign to confirm. This is an important step to avoid disputes later.

4. Quotation and contract signing

Detailed quotation: Based on the final confirmed plan, the service provider provides a detailed itemized quotation list, which usually includes:

Material cost (plate type, brand, model, finish, substrate grade, environmental protection grade). Design fee (if any).

Processing and production fee (depending on the complexity). Transportation fee.

Installation fee (calculated by area or project).

Hardware accessories fee (brand, model, quantity). Other possible costs (such as special process fees, upstairs fees, garbage removal fees, etc.).

Transparent explanation: The service provider clearly explains the composition and calculation basis of each fee.

Contract signing: The two parties reach an agreement on the quotation, design plan, construction period (production cycle + installation cycle), payment method (usually divided into deposit, production payment, installation payment, final payment, etc.), warranty terms (years, scope), and responsibilities of both parties, and sign a formal customization contract. Be sure to read the contract terms carefully!

5. Production

Order review and order splitting: The factory technical department reviews the drawings, conducts process feasibility analysis, and breaks down the overall plan into production instructions for each component.

Material procurement and inspection: The procurement department purchases panels, finishing materials, hardware, etc. that meet environmental protection and quality standards according to the order requirements, and conducts warehouse inspection.

Precision machining: Use advanced CNC equipment (such as electronic cutting saws, CNC machining centers, edge banding machines, etc.) for high-precision cutting, milling, drilling, edge banding and other processing. Process details (such as edge banding quality, surface treatment) determine the final quality.

Quality inspection: Strict quality inspection (size, process, appearance, hardware pre-installation, etc.) is carried out during the production process and before leaving the factory.

Packaging protection: All parts are properly packaged, especially the corners, to prevent transportation damage.

6. Site preparation and foundation treatment

Site handover: Before installation, ensure that the construction site

(basic decoration such as water, electricity, masonry, paint, etc.) is basically completed and meets the installation conditions (ground leveling, wall foundation treatment completed, main electrical appliances positioned). Wall treatment (critical):

Leveling and squaring: The wall where the wallboard/wood veneer is installed must be strictly leveled (rib leveling or plaster leveling, etc.) and squaring. This is the key to ensure that the final effect of the door and wall is flat and the gap is uniform! The service provider usually clearly requires or provides treatment standards.

Base treatment: According to the design requirements and wall conditions, it may be necessary to install a wood board base, a light steel keel base or directly treat the flat wall.

Material entry: The product is transported to the site, unpacked to check for transportation damage, and classified and stacked.

7. Professional installation

Professional installation team: The construction is carried out by an experienced team of installation masters. The installation level directly affects the final effect and service life. Standard process (common):

Remeasure the dimensions and mark the positions.

Install the wall base (if necessary).

Install the wall panel/wood veneer (usually starting from the main facade, pay attention to the joints and closing).

Install the door frame base (if necessary) or directly install the door frame line.

Install the door leaf and debug the hardware (hinges, locks) to ensure smooth opening and closing, uniform gaps, and good sealing (especially invisible doors).

Deal with the closing with the ceiling, floor, and other walls (such as tiles, latex paint).

Install the skirting (usually the same material and color as the wall panel).

Install the embedded lighting (if designed). Install the hardware handles, etc.

Fine debugging: Continuously adjust to ensure that the flatness, verticality, horizontality, and gap uniformity of all doors, panels, seams, and lines meet high standards.

Fine debugging: Continuously adjust to ensure that the flatness, verticality, horizontality, and uniformity of gaps of all doors, panels, seams, and lines meet high standards.

On-site protection: Protect the completed parts and other items on site during installation.

8. Completion acceptance and delivery

Customer acceptance: After the installation is completed, the designer or project manager will conduct a comprehensive acceptance with you:

Appearance: Check whether the color and texture are consistent, whether the surface is smooth and free of scratches, dents, pollution, and bulges, whether the joints are uniform, tight, and beautiful, and whether the closing is exquisite.

Function: Test whether all doors open and close smoothly, silently, and without jamming, whether the locks are used normally, whether the invisible doors are closed flat and tight, and whether the storage space (if any) is convenient to use.

Details: Check whether the hardware is installed firmly and properly, whether the lighting effect (if any) meets expectations, and whether the interfaces with switches and sockets are properly handled.

Cleaning: The construction party will conduct on-site cleaning.

Problem handling: If any problems are found, record them on the spot, and clarify the rectification plan and time limit.

Completion confirmation: After acceptance, you sign the completion acceptance form

Completion confirmation: After acceptance, you sign the completion acceptance form.

Delivery and use: Deliver the keys (if door locks are involved), inform the precautions and maintenance methods.

Data delivery: Provide product warranty card, instruction manual, remaining hardware accessories, etc.

9. After-sales service

Warranty period: The service provider provides a certain number of years (usually 1-5 years) of warranty, covering product quality problems caused by non-human factors (such as deformation, cracking, hardware damage, etc.).

Problem response: If quality problems occur during the warranty period, the service provider should respond promptly and arrange repairs.

Maintenance consultation: Provide professional advice on daily cleaning and maintenance.
